Effects of Technology on Classrooms and Students
This article states that adding technology into the classroom changes both of the roles for the students as well as the teacher. Students are now the active role in grasping the concept of the lesson because they are looking up the information themselves. The teachers role's are now changing because they are overseeing what the students are learning through the resources. I only partially agree with this statement because although the students are learning the information themselves the teacher must make sure that these students are comprehending the information correctly. This could be done with an assessment or a review. The article also states using technology can help students collaborate.
